"Thanks to you, we enjoyed our trip very much.

Vangvieng has splendid view and is like an Utopia for us, and the hotel we stayed is very good, too.

We also enjoyed two days' Mekong cruise in Luang Prabang.

Anyway, Thank you very much for everything !!"

    Dear Ms Phuong,

    Thank you.

We had a wonderful time in Myanmar.

The hotels were all very good, especially the Governor's residence in Yangon.

The guides were excellent and had good language skills and very good local knowledge.

There was so much to see our heads were spinning!!

We had many flights and airport connections and they all went without a single problem.

We also had a great time in Vietnam as usual! It almost feels like home.

    Kind regards,

    Anne & Ian Smith

Trang An named Vietnam’s first UNESCO-recognized mixed heritage
    Friday, 19/10/2018 11:18

Nestling on the southern shore of the Red River Delta of some 90km distance away from Hanoi Capital, Trang An is a resplendent complex of limestone karst peaks which are permeated with valleys, including submerged ones, and surrounded by steep, almost vertical cliffs.

The Trang An complex boasts several locally-recognized sites like the Trang An ecotourism site, Tam Coc – Bich Dong, Bai Dinh pagoda - the largest of its kind in the country - and Hoa Lu, Vietnam’s former capital in the 10th and 11th centuries. The area is also home to temples, pagodas, paddy fields, villages, and other sacred sites.  In May 2012, Trang An was recognized as a national heritage site, and four months later, the culture ministry submitted a dossier on the complex to the UNESCO for its recognition as a World Heritage Site. The national ceremony of receiving the UNESCO’s award will be held on 23rd January 2015 in Ninh Binh province.
