"Thanks to you, we enjoyed our trip very much.

Vangvieng has splendid view and is like an Utopia for us, and the hotel we stayed is very good, too.

We also enjoyed two days' Mekong cruise in Luang Prabang.

Anyway, Thank you very much for everything !!"

    Dear Ms Phuong,

    Thank you.

We had a wonderful time in Myanmar.

The hotels were all very good, especially the Governor's residence in Yangon.

The guides were excellent and had good language skills and very good local knowledge.

There was so much to see our heads were spinning!!

We had many flights and airport connections and they all went without a single problem.

We also had a great time in Vietnam as usual! It almost feels like home.

    Kind regards,

    Anne & Ian Smith

Openings of New Noi Bai Terminal 2
    Friday, 26/06/2019 17:24

The 996m long new terminal building, funded by a JICA ODA’s loan was designed by Japan Airport Consultants  and was built by TAISEI Corporation. The total investment for the project was ¥75.5 billion (US$645.35 million). Japan’s official development assistance accounted for ¥59 billion ($504.27 million) of the investment, while the remaining amount was covered by local funds.  National flag carrier Vietnam Airlines said all of its international services will land at and take off from the new terminal from December 31st onward. The new facility is capable of handling up to 15 million passengers a year. It will ease much of the pressure on the T1 terminal, which became overloaded last year with 12 million annual passengers.

From 29th January 2015all domestic Vietnam Airlines will be operated in A and B Hall instead of  E Hall.( Terminal 1) as the latest  news from airlines. Currently, passengers from Terminal 1 who wish to travel to Terminal 2, they will need to take bus or electric buggy car as there is no bridge linking two terminals.

TAXI QUEUE: new airport regulation is that passengers no more free to wave any taxi but they need to queue in line and airport security personel will be the one arranging taxi. Only three cabs are allowed to stop for pick up passengers in line.
